Exchange Policy
At Fabareeze we offer an exchange-only policy. We do not offer cash refunds. If something isn't right, we will exchange your article — quickly and without hassle.
7-Day Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to accept exchange requests.
Doorstep Exchange — No Courier Visits
- Our rider will pick up the article from your given address.
- Your replacement is delivered to your doorstep.
- No need to visit a courier office or mail anything back — zero hassle.
A flat Rs. 300 courier service charge applies per exchange.
Conditions for Exchange
- The article must be unused, unwashed and uncut, in its original condition and folding.
- Unstitched fabric that has been cut or stitched cannot be exchanged.
- Please keep the original packaging until you are sure about your purchase.
How to Request an Exchange
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 314 4739454 or email info@fabareeze.com with your order number and the article you'd like instead. Our team will arrange the rider pickup and confirm your replacement.
